Nao tem vista para o mar.

Não gostei. Queria um apartamento que tivesse vista para o mar. Do apartamento nao ser ver o mar, existe árvore beira mar q atrapalham ver o mar. Se procura vista para mar nao alugue este apartamento. Se não quer vista para o mar pode alugar que o apartamento é bom e bem localizado.

Recomendo. Eu e minha esposa nos sentimos em casa. Foi uma extensão de nosso lar a nossa estadia no apartamento do sr. Maurício e da sra. Luciana. Apartamento todo montado, super arejado, limpo, com roupas de cama e toalhas limpíssimas, um colchão excelente para um sono reparador (requisito importante). Apartamento bem localizado, a poucos metros da praia e próximo a tudo que necessitamos (supermercado, farmácia, sorveteira, restaurantes, etc). Nota 10 para o sr. Maurício e para a sra. Inês, a pessoa que nos atendeu. Tivemos férias inesquecíveis.

o imovel e bom , alocalizacao otima mas o atendimento muito ruim. nao se interessam pelo hospede e suas necessidades apos entrar no apto. reclamei da falta de gas no sabado a noite e nao obtive nenhuma solucao. nao tinha entrega e a alternativa era comprar o gas para depois acertar com o proprietario. Um absurdo pois isto ja deveria ser observado antes do cliente entrar no apto. Pelo atendimento nao recomendo a ninguem.

Apartamento bastante simples. Mobília deixa a desejar. A geladeira está sucateada, o armário do quarto está com as portas desalinhada e tem uma sanduicheira que não e possível ligar porque o plug do aparelho não encaixa nas tomadas da casa.

O apartamento é simples mas bem aconchegante, custo beneficio excelente. Pelo valor cobrada da diária para essa época do ano foi equilibrado. Para quem pensa em curtir a cidade e gastar pouco com hospedagem é uma excelente opção. Só faltou tv acabo que pôde ser substituída com wifi e smart tv. aptº completo eu só melhoraria o sofá cama que é um pouco desconfortável no mais pra mim foi excelente.
