estadia perfeita

Gostei muito da localização, espaço interno do imĂłvel, limpeza semanal oferecida pelo condomĂ­nio, pessoal da recepção muito gentis. Ponto negativo: Piscina no Ășltimo andar, mas muito pequena. e rasa. Como sou de SĂŁo Paulo, senti falta de uma padaria estruturada e grande perto do apartamento. Os Bancos SANTANDER, BANCO DO BRASIL ficam longe.

JĂĄ conhecemos MaceiĂł de outras viagens. Praias "fora do roteiro" merecem ser visitadas, e se vocĂȘ tiver tempo, fugindo dos passeios vendidos na praia. Fomos a Paripueira, Dunas de MarapĂ©, Praia do Saco, Prainha de Barra Nova e encontramos tranquilidade para ficar o dia inteiro sem vendedores te abordando a toda hora. Maragogi, Gunga, Barra de SĂŁo Miguel e Praia do FrancĂȘs jĂĄ eram praias conhecidas. O imĂłvel estĂĄ muito bem equipado e localizado, perto do calçadĂŁo, supermercados, padaria, farmĂĄcia, etc. Choveu no 1Âș dia. Tem internet e smartv que dĂĄ pra sobreviver Ă  falta de sol, se necessĂĄrio, com um netflix de Ășltima hora. Vale muito a pena. Aprovado.

O Flat Ă© exatamente igual as fotos, pra quem tem receio em fechar pela internet, eu recomendo, estou pensando em voltar e indico pra qualquer pessoa, me senti muito segura na escolha e contrato com os donos. A localização Ă© Ăłtima, perto de tudo, farmĂĄcias, supermercados, caixa eletrĂŽnico. Andando pouco metros jĂĄ estĂĄ na orla e encontra vĂĄrias vans de turismo, com vĂĄrios passeios que vocĂȘ pode agendar para os dias seguintes. O flat fica perto de vĂĄrios bares na praia, dĂĄ pra ir a pĂ© tranquilo no Lopana e Kanoa, a feirinha de artesanato Ă© quase na frente, pode aproveitar e fazer vĂĄrias compras, lembrancinhas, saĂ­das de praia, chapeĂșs, bijuterias etc. NĂŁo tive nenhum problema, negociação tranquila e segura.

Apartamento decorado com bom-gosto, bem localizado; prĂłximo a restaurantes, Ă  feirinha de artesanato e do ponto de partida das jangadas. O supermercado prĂłximo (Bompreço) Ă© sofrĂ­vel, mas atende ao bĂĄsico. Uma surpresa agradĂĄvel foi o Centro Cultural Arte Pajuçara, a meia quadra do apartamento, com uma sala de cinema e uma de teatro. Vale a pena verificar a programação, principalmente do cinema. ColchĂŁo, travesseiros e roupa de cama atenderam bem Ă s nossas expectativas. A academia do edifĂ­cio nĂŁo serve para nada. pudemos utilizar apenas os alteres, o restante nĂŁo funciona, uma pena, pois como passamos um mĂȘs aĂ­, acabamos ficando meio fora de forma.
