Très beau site,mais manque d'entretien

Endroit magnifique,mais l'entretien laisse a désirer, les chambres deviennent vétustes car les meubles y sont défraîchis,et le ménage insuffisant,mais encore une fois, le site est majestueux, idéal pour se reposer au milieu de la nature et les animaux

Decepção

As condições do quarto não estavam adequadas, os lençóis de cama e travaesseiros estavam velhos e bem desgastados, a manta que cobria a cama bem velha e com várias machas, toalhas bem velhas e amareladas, a lixeira do banheiro sem a tampa (pois estava quebrada) e com remendos de fita crepe no fundo da lixeira, os móveís descascados e com apecto de velho. O ar condicionado demorando a gelar e pilhas sem funcionar direito no controle remoto. A TV com apena um canaç disponível, a conexão da internet caindo o tempo todo. E sem limpeza na área externa que dá acesso a suíte, muitas folhas no chão (visivelmente há dias ou semanas não foi varrido).

Ambiente agradável mas estrutura precária

Ambiente muito agradável, muito verde, piscina muito bacana com borda infinita, uma vista incrível para mata nativa e o pôr do sol maravilhoso. Mas infelizmente alguns pontos negativos para destacar sobre estrutura e atendimento. Já na entrada do quarto onde ficamos já tivemos impacto com uma fechadura da porta do quarto quebrada. Ao entrar mais sinais de desgastes, armário para roupas bambeando, chuveiro quebrado, embora funcionando, sinais de rachaduras nos azulejos do banheiro. Fui com a minha esposa e filho, mas quando entramos no quarto só tinha kit pra casal, ao informar na recepção informaram que só tinham mais um kit de banho e um lençol, mas não tinham mais travesseiros. No segundo dia quando pedimos pra trocar as toalhas a camareira disse que só tinham duas, conseguiu na camaradagem uma de piscina pra usarmos. Café da manhã com poucas opções, muito aquém do esperado para o preço pago.

Quarto extremamente sujo, teia de aranha, lençóis sujos, as paredes cheia de marca de sangue de pernilongo, café da manha ruim pedi um ovo frito demoraram 40 minutos para entregar e a internet não funciona. E pra fechar com chave de ouro barata no quarto.

O lugar é muito bonito, os quartos são amplos e limpos. O atendimento da recepção muito boa, porém serviço de bar e restaurante, pessimos. O café da manhã, muito fraco, falta de café, ovos, reposição terrível. Serviço de atendimento na piscina também muito ruim, o ideal é mudarem a gestão do restaurante e bar para que a avaliação suba de uma vez. Não só eu, mas vi vários hóspedes falando da insatisfação do serviço do bar e restaurante. Outro detalhe, tomamos café da manhã e 20 min depois ainda os pratos na mesa. O hotel poderia ser muito mais bem conceituado.

Um dos melhores preços de Maceió

A localização no app está errada, tem que procurar pelo nome do hotel no maps e calcular a rota correta. O complexo é lindo, melhor do imaginava, porém meu quarto estava com um pouco de cheiro de mofo o outro quarto estava com cheirinho de limpeza. O café é simples com pouca variedade, nas tudo muito gostoso e com ótimo atendimento. Acho que so precisa melhorar a manutenção das suites principalmente as do andares de cima, pois vi bastante infiltração no teto. A piscina é maravilhosa, tem estacionemnto grátis e se tem alguma restrição ao subir escadas peça para ficar no térreo.

Não indico o hotel

quarto estava com mofos, recepção não oferecia manta (coberta) a mais, somente uma e passamos 4 noites com frio. no banheiro quando ligava a ducha ou o chuveiro escorria agua por todo cômodo e o secador não funcionava. quarto não tinha espelho e nas fotos da pagina no instagram tinha espelho, cortinas rasgadas deixando entrar claridade no quarto.

Como a intenção foi descansar e principalmente dormir, uma vez que a proposta é um ambiente sem barulho por conta da instalação ser em meio a natureza, por incrível que pareça, o ar condicionado parecia uma forrageira, onde tentamos através do controle temos, que não era original, tentar controlar a potência, mas não respondia, até que pedi a recepção a condição de tentar verificar a situação, cujo o rapaz verificou a veracidade dos fatos e ficou de nos controle que podesse controlar o aparelho e não retornou mais. Então, a proposta de dormir bem, foi atrapalhada pelo aparelho que deve ser observado pelos proprietários para fins de respeito ao hóspede, além de manutenir o chuveiro que está direcionado mais para parede do que para quem toma banho.
