Beautiful hotel in excellent location ! Roaring river next to the property could be a bit lound for some but we loved it. Unfortunately both the bar and the restaurant were closed but the buffet breakfast on the top floor was great 😃 Next to the abundance of restaurants and shopping.

Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Excellent value for the price. Beautiful views on the 6th floor. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Located in a quiet part of the small town, easy walking to markets and restaurants. Laundry facilities next door 6 peruvian sol per kg of clothes ready in 2 hrs washed and folded.

Had a great time, they had a bar but no one bar tending, but that’s probably because there wasn’t very many people staying but that made it nice to pretty much have the hotel to ourselves, they let me pay a little extra for a later check out time

La habitación y el hotel no tenían nada que ver con las fotos ilustradas, tuve que pedir cambio de habitación, el hotel está en construcción y había ruido en todo momento, el desayuno fue muy pobre, las toallas de en mal estado y para colmo desapareció un medicamento controlado de mi acompañante, hicimos la queja con el Manager Freddy Quisquemoya y no se mostró diligencia alguna. El hotel tiene potencial pero en resumen me sentí engañada con lo que encontré allí. Expedía no debe permitir estas fotos bonitas de un alojamiento que crean expectativas y la realidad es una muy distinta.

Høj service udover forventning

Jeg har kun gode ord om denne hotel. Personalet var hjælpsomme over alt forventning. Han var min bagage til tog stationen og ventede på mig. De kan ikke meget engelsk men men kommer langt med translate. Udsigten fra mit værelse var fantastisk og det samme gjaldt morgenmad på 6. Sal med elevator selvfølgelig. Hvis jeg skulle nævne en ting der kunne forbedres så er det udvalget af morgenmad og mangel på vand til buffeten
