Great stay for 2 nights

The staff was very welcoming and hospitable for our two night stay. Assisted with giving ua information to get the bus tickets to Machupicchu. they also had breakfast ready for us VERY early in the morning to ensure we haf a good meal before our visit to MP. Overall great stay.

We were greeted at the train station, and they walked us to the hotel. They were very friendly. In our room there was a swan sculpture with fresh roses! I loved everything about this place and wish I had booked more time there.

A lovely and quaint spot in Aguas Calientes! Hot water 24/7, which is not always guaranteed in the town. Wonderfully comfortable beds, which is a must after a full day exploring or hiking Machu Picchu, heated rooms, and a very amiable staff. They also offer pick up service from the train station! I will definitely be back.

Life security threat

Receptionist open the door without my consent to a local psycho woman who only wanted my money, they did not want to remove the woman from my room, it was a life threat for me, no security, don't book that place !

Amazing place.

My stay here was amazing! The hosts were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms seemed to be newly renovated and the shower was amazing! The owner even packed me a boxed lunch for my early start the next morning. I will be back next time I come to Aguas Calientes!

Wonderful family run hotel

The staff was so incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. The hotel was very well kept and clean. Breakfast was included. We had coffee, fresh fruit, avacados, pastries and bread, quinoa pancakes and eggs fresh cooked. The service was wonderful

Good place to stay but only for one night

I only stayed one night here and it was an okay experience. This is a small hotel so one stay was enough. This is a local hotel and not one that Americans or others may feel would be comfortable for longer stays for the whole family. No live TV but instead apps for your streaming subscriptions. Rooms a bit cool despite heating. You can hear through the walls. I would recommend this hotel if you are coming to Machu Pichu late at night and will be hiking early in the morning. Breakfast service was very good but the cook was also the same person that checked us in so again it's a small hotel. Overall experience was okay for a one night stay.

When it rains the rain drops hit a metal board right in front bit the entrance next to my window causing a very loud disturbance for hours through the night. But the staff were kind and always tried to help. (Family business hotel)

It is bit of an uphill climb to the hotel. Although the property and the room were clean, there was an unpleasant smell that lingered for a while but eventually went away. Not clear where it was coming from. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds.

The staff is friendly and helpful, if planning a trip to Machu Pichu is a great location. Walk to bus and train station and to numerous restaurants and shops. The best is that you are in the middle of it all but yet it is tucked away for piece and quiet at night. Best shower, lots of water pressure and hot, apparently a concern at other places. Good breakfast as well which is included.

The hotel was very nice. We were only there for a few hours to sleep but the room was huge and very comfortable. They provided us a boxed breakfast despite the fact that we were leaving at 4:30 in the morning for our hike and it was great. Just what we needed!

The manager of the hotel did an excellent job in making us as at home of our stay. The breakfast is excellent and free for us. They immediately send to our room what we requested. Their location is so close to both train station and to the bus station to Machu Picchu, they even offer free luggage storage when check out so you can go to Machu Picchu hands free! They served us hot water for tea! The very moving part is the owner send us off in person to the train station. Moved us in tears! Very family style! We will back again to visit our family in this hotel and off course also unforgettable great Machu Picchu!
