Had bagged breakfast for us when we had to leave before the breakfast area opened. Good location. Had one very small heater in the room that did not give much heat. Did have extra blankets available in the room. Kept our bags for the day while we walked about town.

Box breakfast provided was not good. Fruit was not fresh and the bread was the cheapest bread one could buy. My advice is to upgrade these box lunches because for many it is the last impression of the hotel.

Located in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo) this is a great place to stay if you are planning on going to visit Machu Picchu, it is a 1 hour 30 minute hike to the park entrance, the bus to park is less then 5 minutes away, the hotel itself is clean cold water in sink hot water shower, breakfast is served every day from 6am till 9am before that 4am to 6am you can request bag lunch, there are several restaurants nearby, it is located about 1/4 mile up hill from town square the village it self is lovely many markets and shops. I went in the middle of June and the weather was very good. The hot springs and waterfall entrance is a 7 minute walk. ticket office to Machu Picchu is less then 5minutes away must go day before for tickets.

Would definitely recommend people to stay in this hotel while visiting Aguas Calientes. I stayed here for one night. Clean rooms and washrooms. They have breakfast included in your stay (which most of the hotels in Aguas Calientes do). They have storage rooms for the luggage after your check out.

A very good location and friendly front desk. The reasons for the low rating is because we had no hot shower water for two days, and because the staff did not do housekeeping for our room between the two nights. No fresh towels. Beds weren’t made.

An excellent hotel located less than 10 minutes walk from plaza de Armas in a very lively area. Breakfast excellent! Rooms spacious and hot powerful shower which was a bonus. All staff friend and welcoming. We were able to store our luggage at checkout for free while we visited Machu Piccu. I highly reccomend!

Convenient property for one night but because it is tucked into a side street, everything is kind of damp and sticky and never dries out, towels and socks included. It did the trick and the staff was awesome and they packed us takeaway breakfast. But the hallway was always kind of loud so pack earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The room was large and spacious. The shower was excellent The receptionist (owner?) was very nice and friendly They were able to pack us a breakfast for an early start and stored our luggage The little road leading to the hotel looks a bit sad but other than that no complaints
