Clean facility, staff helpful. Needed a little maintenance. Ice machine broken. Hadn't worked in a while. Got many walks in to lobby for ice, coffee,drinks. Didn't have to use gym.

Front desk clerk was helpful -- accommodated our request for first floor room. But the room was not clean. Had to go back to front desk get another room. Oven was broken at bar/restaurant. Ice machine not working. Bathroom fixtures need updating. TV signal was fuzzy. Property needs renovation. Not usual marriott standards.

I literally had to listen to the people above my room pace the floor, (my ceiling) all night long..every time they got up I got to hear everything.... Don't stay in this hotel unless you are on the 3rd floor....
