New and clean. Bathtub was extremely slow to drain and low water pressure in the shower, but everything else was great. I love the coffee.

Our room was against the ice machine and we could hear it making ice through the wall of our room and kept us from sleeping. Very annoying. The pool bottom had stains and looked gross. Otherwise everything else was great.

Nice large room & hot breakfast were on par for the Hampton. However, the corners of the shower needs scrubbing & the pool was cold & dirty, and door to room had a hinge broken (it was reported).
