Rooms were lovely and had all the main amenities you need (iron, hairdryer, toiletries). Super conveniently close to the Prophet's mosque, just a 2 minute walk away to get to the courtyard. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The hotel has 2 towers that are not connected (you have to exit the first tower and walk to the second one (just 100 metres away). Breakfast is only available in the 1st tower so bare in mind if you'll be in the second tower you would have to exit your building and enter tower 1.

The hotel location is ideal and close to the Prophet’s mosque. The room size is convenient and the breakfast is excellent. Great value for money in Madinah and the staff is very helpful. Check in and check out was fast.

Unprofessional check in. Needed yo check in twice. They lost the luggage. Daily calls from reception and constant knocks from housekeeping asking us to check out/leave . Room card being blocked upon returning to rooms. Constantly needing to go reception in person to expalin that we aree staying for 4 nights not jaut the one. This drama continued until the last moment. Al Manakha blamed a computer booking in sytem. Totally lousy service. Not what we expected for the price paid.

Very nice hotel located close to the masjid. Rooms very spacious and breakfast was brilliant with so many different options to suit people of all ages. Deffo will be booking again.

Great location, just a few minutes’ walk from Masjid Nabawi. There aren’t too many restaurants right nearby, but you can find almost everything within a 10–15 minute walk. We stayed in Tower One — the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One point to note: the check-in counter is on the first floor of Tower Two, so you’ll need to take the escalator up to reach it. As for the price, it’s a little on the higher side, but totally worth it.

Excellent accomodation right on the door steps of the prophets mosque. If you have any females in the group the walk to the females entrance in the mosque is on the opposite side. But for men its near the prophets grave entrance. Couldn't fault the accomodation
