They don’t provide towels and never asked me what is missing and I told them to bring soap and towels they never got back to me it’s unprofessional they should have good hospitality

Very bad customer support, never mentioned they have two building of the same name . My parents visited and they are very old , no body guided them , they were going back and forth in the sunny weather, no one offer bottle of water even . They lost their wasn’t able to make contact with them . Whole family worried living in different countries, found them after 3 hours. This property shouldn’t be on Expedia platform
