The rooms are spacious. Employees are great. It’s far from haram BUT free shuttle available before and after all prayers. It took us 11 mins to get to haram and 10 mins back approximately. Service is excellent/ hotel is huge! Rooms are spotless

From the online photos, I honestly didn’t expect the hotel to be this beautiful, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Even though I booked a room with two beds, the space felt more like a comfortable Airbnb. The layout was spacious, with a separate bedroom behind a door, a huge bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, cozy, and well-kept. The only thing I would note is that the bed was a little firm for my liking, but everything else made up for it. After staying at another hotel that unfortunately ruined part of our Madina experience, it was such a relief to spend our last night here. We finally had a peaceful, comfortable sleep before leaving the city. I’m truly glad we chose this place highly recommended for anyone visiting Madina.
