Great hotel, within a very short walk from the Prophets mosque. The staff were brilliant and looked after us very well, regularly asking how our stay was and if they could be of any help. The room had plenty of room with everything you could expect including a small fridge. It was clean as was the bathroom. We felt very comfortable staying here and will be coming back, thanks to everyone from the front desk, Awais, Taggred and the restaurant staff. May they be rewarded for their hospitality both in this world and the next.

Walking distance to the Mosque and view. Staff were ever so helpful . Apart from when we arrived we were told that. When we arrived to the hotel . Hotel staff informed us that we didn't have a booking . originally i booked 3 rooms for my family. Hotel staff informed me that the hotel did contact Hotel.com to ask for payment . I wasn't aware that a payment was required before we stayed at the hotel . I didn't receive any email from Hotel.com . This kinda put pressure on me and the hotel to find my family and i accommodation on the stop.

We loved our stay. We paid for standard room but they gave us kingsize room for free. You can do late check out and also leave your luggages in the reception. Really loved everything.

Excellent hotel definitely come again

We really enjoyed our stay at Tulip Inn, it was a good location and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Saif and Sajid the bell boys went out of their way to help us cellophane our luggage which was much appreciated. The distance to the prophet’s mosque was about 5 mins , opposite gate 320. The hotel amenities were good with an excellent breakfast with ample selection of foods and a lovely cafe with snacks throughout the day. Saudi coffee was available throughout the day too if you like it in the lobby. WiFi was okay. You have to download a VPN booster to make WhatsApp calls or use botim.

Our stay was exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay with a lot of variety and great taste. The distance to Haram was around 5-7 minutes walk so it was really convenient for us. We would definitely visit again.

Staff were very helpful. Reception staff were amazing, attentive and happy to accommodate all requests. Special mention goes to Ziyad Hassan, Manager for taking care to ensure our stay was exceptionally comfortable, and went out of his way to resolve some issues for us that were not even related to our stay! I forgot the staff name who worked on friday and checked us in, they were also excellent very helpful and approachable most of reception staff can speak very well English so that made communication very easy.
