    Nice place to stay while we visit Madison , especially for football game days. Great location. Friendly, nice staff. Should have offered us water and tell us about breakfast hours, however. Favorite place to stay in Madison.

    Clean and quiet hotel and walkable to a lot of restaurants and the lakes. They also have laundry for guests at 4 bucks a load (2 to wash, 2 to dry). The room was a little smaller than other Hampton Inns we have stayed at but still very comfortable and new. Parking was easy and 25 a night.

    Solid option for our University-focused trip. Older building with a definite lack of ventilation in the room: no bathroom fan was tough for sharing with family! And no windows to open. Phew! Good, walkable location near the university, albeit definitely lots of construction in the area, but that's kind of all over Madison right now. Sysco-type "food" for breakfast, but we found a few things that maybe seemed like real food that worked. Location is definitely the plus for this one. Good parking option too!

    Always love staying here. Super convenient when moving kids in or out of campus. and Basset street restaurant on site is a great brunch or dinner option. Lots of construction surrounding the area, but can’t help that.
