Property is amazing. Highly recommend! Dining options are near to unlimited every meal. Lots of activities and options to enjoy in all weather situation. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. My wife and I had our honeymoon at Varu and it was such an amazing experience and vacation! As soon as you enter from the airport, you are treated with such luxury going on the speed boat going to the resort. The staff were extremely friendly, everyone from the servers to the host! A few standouts for my wife and I was Chamila the bartender, he was super friendly and provided great service. The buffet restaurant server, I believe his name was Shashil was also super friendly. Everyone was great! The restaurants that they had were amazing. Kaage had amazing Maldivian food, Charcoal, had the most tender filet mignon I've ever had, and Nu was amazing Mediterranean food. The standout for my wife and I was Nu, simply delicious and high-end! It was really great that they gave you 3 dinners if you were staying 6-7 days which we had. The activities were solid too, but to be honest we did more relaxing than anything else. The only thing I'd change is the weather, it was wet season so a little more cloudy and windy, but just how it goes. If I were to come again, I would definitely choose a different time of year in dry season. Our water villa was amazing. The sounds of the ocean was so soothing and memorable on the back patio and being able to snorkel in the backyard was great but a little rough. The water and beaches were unforgettable. Crystal clear water and the sand was white, breathtaking. Overall it was amazing, couldn't have picked a better honeymoon destination at Varu!
