The bathroom roof leaked and there was black mold in the ceiling tiles, so it had been happening for a while. The checkin was behind a glass wall and the clerk was very unfriendly.

Excelente servicio al cliente, atención, y trato profesional. Fantastic customer service, top of the shelf attention to detail, room was amazingly spacious and beds super comfortable. 12 out of 10 for the Compostela’s buddies. My family and I will come back for sure.

This was the most horrible hotel in my whole trip, so much so that I decided to loose the reservation and money I paid for it rather than stayed there. It is NOT close to Madrid. There is nothing nearby but a Bimbo factory. The room smelled, And even though I checked out ONE hour after checking in, they REFUSED to returned my money. Eventhough their advertisement said they were close to Downtown Madrid, 45 minutes without traffic is NOT close. I do not recommend anyone to stay there if your are in Madrid.

The reception has a problem with client service. There is none. They pass on the problem to the client when the employee can resolve. The laundry room did not work, but it did accept our money without discrimination. the hotel was happy to stay with the money and not have a use of their property. Reception worker enjoys to talk to clients with a mouth full of saliva. He enjoys chewing his cud like a cow.

The native employes were very unhelpful with guests. The foreign employees were the opposite, they were helpful. the reception employees were either on their iphones or talking to you with their mouth full. No courtesy in their mannerisms. The laundry machines did not work but the machines still accepted money and the pool was closed.

The property and the pictures on expedia are 2 different phase. The rooms are old, washer didn't work in the room and the self laundry ome was in such a dirty room. Room had a weird smell that we had to get our own air fresher. Kitchen had only 5 plates and 3 cups, no pots or pans.

Overall good. However in apartment in the kitchen you can find only cutlery for 2 people. No kettle, tea or coffee. No hairdryer. Air-conditioning had silly noise. We stay only for one night so was ok for us. But didn't want to stay for longer time. Reception very friendly and very good communication. Many spaces to park the car. (Free of charge on the street)

It was a nice little apartment. We were only there for one night. Walked to a huge mall for dinner. Too noisy in the building at night- doors slamming, people old inside and outside- not soundproof. Staff was great- set taxi pick up for us and had “to-go” breakfast ready before we left

I found the check in process quick and easy there was a English speaking person which is handy even though I am learning Spanish I am not quite fluent yet and the buffet breakfast was awesome

The apartments genuinely give this home away from home feeling. The wear is exactly the same place it would be in your own home almost adding a charm to it. The housekeeper are the sweetest people ever.
