A quaint and homely family-style apartment with a small private balcony for guests to casually people-watch and admire the tree-lined streets of the surrounding area. A perfect respite from the bustling heart of Madrid with plenty of majestic parks for you to roam at your leisure, but with the convenience of travelling to the city centre at your whim with the Circular line next door at Puerta del Angel station.

70m2 in size, the apartment is adorned with tasteful furniture that mirrors the classical elegance of the neighbourhood. Sink into comfort on the sofa as you indulge in your favourite TV shows or relish intimate meals with your loved ones around the dining table. In the living room, you will also find a portable AC that helps during summer time. The kitchen is fully equipped for culinary endeavours, with a small dining table and cushioned bench – perfect for laid-back morning breakfasts. An adjacent door opens to the private balcony, while a washing machine stands ready to refresh your clothes whenever needed.

My apartment has two bedrooms: one is fitted with a double bed and suited for parents, and another is equipped with a single bed and a pullout underneath, offering snug accommodations for two children, along with a dedicated work desk. Both are provided with a wardrobe for storage and high-quality linens for a restful night of sleep.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower surrounded by a glass partition. Clean towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided at no extra cost.

Rest assured, my apartment is professionally clean for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Beside the River Manzanares, Puerta del Angel is a residential and commercial neighbourhood. People head to the Madrid Rio Park to stroll, play sports or attend outdoor cultural events, while the 19th-century Segovia Bridge provides a landmark connection to the city centre. Casual cafes and restaurants dot the neighbourhood streets offering local and international cuisine.

My apartment is within walking distance of various large parks and landmarks in Madrid, such as:

- Campo del Moro and Athens Park are 10-minutes away by foot
- Catedral de la Almudena and Palicio Real de Madrid are 20-minutes away by foot
- Plaza Mayor is 23-minutes away by foot

Puerta del Ángel (Circular Line) is next door to the apartment.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is 24 minutes away by car, depending on the route taken and traffic conditions.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Check-ins after 22:00 has an extra cost of 25€

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
