Super clean, attentive staff, especially Sandra at reception. The room is on the smaller side but to be expected to a degree, in a renovated, historic building in any capital city. The location is second to none, plenty of shopping and restaurants on the doorstep.

Love the hotel, wonderful location, very central . The only thing I was not a fan of was the bathroom. The bathtub was a little high and uncomfortable for me . Other than that everything was excellent from the reception, the bar and the food . Very friendly staff, will definitely recommend it .

What a gorgeous hotel. The pictures on their website does not compare to it's actual beauty. The room are quaint, clean and spacious. The bathroom are huge and clean. The staff was very friendly. The lobby was gorgeous. I would definitely go back again.

A great position in a key street in Madrid. Lovely foyer and bar area on the ground floor. Rooms were a good size as well as the bathroom. Everything was clean. We had an inside room so no view of the city, but that may have helped in keeping it quiet at night. Very nice hotel, which we would come back to if ever in Madrid again.
