Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel's amenities and property are in poor condition, and the staff is extremely unclean. White towels became grey, there was no trash can, the toilet was filthy, there was no traveler's plug, no ironing services, and most of the lights were not on. Front desk employees are prohibited from cancelling reservations since they repeatedly assert that doing so will result in a pay loss. Don't suggest this hotel in general.
