The kitchen is perfectly equipped, equipped with a four-burner stove, electric oven, refrigerator and washing machine. The terrace overlooks the splendid view of the Polvese island in the middle of Lake Trasimeno.
The apartment has an independent entrance and is totally available to guests who can use the shared swimming pool and the park in front.
The apartment is located in the Lake Trasimeno Park, 16 km from Perugia. The location is optimal for visiting the places of Italian medieval history: Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Cortona, Todi and their works of art are close at hand.
