Welcome to Destination Mont-Orford!

Located at the foot of the South slope of Mont-Orford, our condo-chalets are comfortable and cozy, providing a relaxing retreat. Surrounded by nature, you can escape and enjoy outdoor activities. The nearby town of Magog offers a plethora of restaurants and shops, as well as beaches and parks.

This 3 ½ type condo-chalet offers an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. The living room, bathed in natural light through large windows, provides a magnificent view of the surroundings. A sofa bed and coffee table create an ideal space for friendly moments with family or friends. The wood-burning fireplace in the living room adds a warm ambiance reminiscent of a chalet.

The kitchen, integrated into the open-concept layout with the living room, is fully equipped. The master bedroom is a tranquil oasis, with the option to close the door for added privacy. It also features a built-in closet for storing personal belongings. You will also have access to a stacked washer and dryer, along with two detergent capsules.

Condos starting with "2" are located on the 2nd floor, while common areas such as the bistro room, including a shared kitchen, bistro table, pool table, and foosball table, are situated in the basement.

Strategically located at the foot of Mont-Orford, approximately 1 kilometer from the exit 115 access of Highway 10, the location facilitates travel. Within a 15-minute drive, you'll find a variety of activities to enjoy.

ACCESSIBILITY NOTE: As of today, the property does not have an elevator. Therefore, it is important to reserve a condo starting with "1" (ground floor). The left side parking of the building provides a ramp for easy access for visitors with reduced mobility, allowing adapted access to the building and outdoor terrace.

IMPORTANT:

At 2:00 PM on the day of your arrival, you will receive a message containing two access codes: one to enter the building and the other for your condo-chalet. Your arrival will be autonomous, and your access codes will work from 4:00 PM onwards. On the day of your departure, you must have vacated the premises by 11:00 AM.

Très bien situé pour l’accès au mont Orford. Le condo est très bien, le seul problème est l’isolation, une chance les gens autour étaient tranquille.
