A unique and exclusive experience in the heart of the Menorcan countryside, 5 minutes from the beaches of the south coast and the airport. Ideal for families and friends, to enjoy on vacation or to work from the island.

Private 35 m2 swimming pool with a magnificent solarium, shower, and access to a full bathroom in a building attached to the main house.
The property has private parking with capacity for several vehicles.
