The woman at the concierge was the most grumpy, unfriendly, rude and useless host I have ever encountered in my years of travelling for work almost every week around Europe. e.g. at 9 pm when already in the room in my pijama I have called down to the lobby for obtaining the wifi password, and she told me I had to go down to see it from a sign on the desk. I explained that I was already undressed and asked politely if she could say it simply on the phone, but she insisted that I had to go down. So I had to dress up again and go down two floors just because of her unwillingness to help. Once down the wifi password was a simple unchanging word and she did not even look at me apologetically. You can expect this level of service at this hotel. Appalling!

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß aber es war viel zu warm. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, ertrĂ€gliche Temperaturen fĂŒr einen erholsamen Schlaf zu erreichen obwohl das Bett wirklich gut war.. Eine Minibar gab es leider nicht, so dass das vom Hotel gestellte Wasser lauwarm getrunken werden musste. Der FluglĂ€rm war beachtlich! Die Freundlichkeit des Personals schwankte von weniger freundlich bis freundlich.

Die GlĂ€ser waren teilweise dreckig, der Teppichboden im Zimmer ist fĂŒr Allergiker eine Katastrophe, bei Reinigung des Zimmers wurde jedes Mal ein unangenehmes Raumdeo versprĂŒht und das Personal war stellenweise sehr unfreundlich. Auch von einem Integratiosbetrieb kann man mehr erwarten - es gibt bei weitem bessere Beispiele!

Basically satisfied but hotel staffs are blunt. Location is not bad since it is very close to highway. Room is big enough and clean but desk is too small. Breakfast is just so so.
