Villa Carpineto is located in the upper part of Maiori, in a quiet mountain area about 1 km from the sea, bus stop under the house, from which you can reach all the most famous beaches of the Amalfi Coast. The house is done in a rustic style where you can access from the main road with a few flights of stairs through a private door. The house is surrounded by a large private lemon grove of about 1000 square meters, where you can relax and find relief on torrid summer days. The entrance takes place through a private driveway that leads to the house set in a frame of a green lemon grove that ensures privacy and tranquility. In the part in front of the house you can relax and stay under a large pergola furnished with table, chairs and benches. Free and unlimited Wifi throughout the house and on the outside. In the front garden you can enjoy beautiful evenings with friends or family by organizing barbecues, dinners or simple moments of relaxation. The living area of the house is equipped with kitchen, fireplace, dining table and living room furniture, LCD TV, fridge and oven in the kitchen. In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can be used for sleeping if necessary. A double bedroom with a spacious mirror wardrobe and bedside tables, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed, 2 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house of about 80 square meters. can accommodate 8 people comfortably. Bathroom with shower, iron and washing machine. Parking on the provincial road, if available, is free. If there is no place, there is the possibility of private and secure parking (for a fee). Villa Carpineto, surrounded by fragrant lemons and flowers, is the ideal solution to spend a few weeks of vacation and relaxation in Maiori away from the chaos of the city, not far from the sea and surrounded by the most unspoiled nature. agréable terrasse devant les citronniers

La déco intérieure est très banale, mais ça n'a pas d'importance. Les lits sont bons, la cuisine est vaste et pratique. La terrasse est très agréable face aux citronniers. Il y a deux salles de bain et WC. Il y a un chat très affectueux qui vient se faire caresser dès qu'on apparait. Nous avons été accueillis par des gens sympathiques. Le seul problème est l'accès: le parking est un peu difficile sur la route, et il y a une bonne vingtaine de marches, ce qui est un peu fatigant quand on a des valises lourdes. Mais on a vite oublié ce détail.
