Location not that great but price is good. The staff was superbly friendly and welcoming, the best feature of this hotel I must say. The hotel is outdated and in deep need for good renovation and scrubbing. Aircon is not cold also even when we set it at 18 degrees with highest fan speed.

Very nice hotel, great staff, and facilities. The AC was a bit tricky to use but staff fixed it pretty quickly. The breakfast is good but with limited choices.

Upon checking in, I was asked if I wanted a smoking or nonsmoking room. I'd reserved a nonsmoking and made the same request at check in. After long delay and conversation between staff that I couldn't hear, I was given a room that had no windows, and had an air conditioner that was loud and could not be adjusted or turned off. I'd just traveled about 24 hours, and didn't have the energy to request another room. My mistake. It was a non-restful night. If you reserve here, insist that the room be nonsmkkng again before checking in, and ask if the air conditioner works. can be changed, and if the room has windows.

Overall it is an old hotel but quite clean except the towels which need a lot of javex. They were all dark and old. Other hotels would have replaced them long time ago.

Kamar yg luar biasa semua kamar berbeda

Saya tidak pernah menemui hotel seperti ini kamarnya berbeda beda kamar mandi full marmer dan luas bersih sekali apalagi pas ketemu managernya namanya pak dedy orangnya ramah sekali dan ganteng masih muda lagi sopan dan membatu sekali terima kasih m boutique hotel
