Generally, it wasn't good value for money though it was cheaper than other hotels during Ramadan season. Transportation from and to Haram was around the clock free of charge. Check in process took a bit of time to confirm my booking first of all then again waiting to prepare the room as it was not ready despite being at hotel after 1800. The Bed was not comfy and sheets were not clean. No housekeeping in all three nights despite asking for room cleaning and towels and been promised twice it will be sorted and at the end nothing has happened.

The word that best describes the hotel is fantastic! There are three buses operating 24 hours a day to take you to the Haram and bring you back (it’s only a 5-minute ride). The bus leaves every 30 minutes. The reception team is very kind, the hotel is very clean, and everything you need is available in the lobby. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
