The hotel and the room it's fine with the problem it's the location on a series and choose my hotel the show me the efficient hosted is different when I have to check in so I think guys you need to change the location at the app other than the hotel and stuff is nice thank you so much

J’ai passé une nuit dans l’établissement (sur les 7 initialement prévus). Nuit que j’ai dû repayer sur place, car la réception m’affirmait qu’ils ne connaissaient pas hotels.com et qu’ils n’avaient jamais reçu ma réservation et que celle-ci n’existait pas sur leur système. Heureusement que le service client m’a accompagné pour me proposer une solution de remplacement. Sinon, l’état de l’établissement etait acceptable, malgré l’odeur de cigarette provenant de la chambre d’à côté. La navette vers al-haram etait gratuite et fiable
