wifi not working mobile data is very very very slow distance from haram is 3 times more than the main hotel that was booked for me not clean and full insects dead butterfly inside the fridge and could not even contact you as I was only staying for 2 days and did not want to waste more time this literally ruined my stay in meccah the hotel was horrible and not livable

No staff at reception waited 30 mins before someone came couldn't speak word of English. No one there to help with luggage Shower not working properly, toilet leak water. We stayed just that one night and we booked another hotel .what a waste money Just awful

L’hôtel est horrible très sale douche face au toilette pas assez de place pour se doucher drap user navette toute les 1h il se déplace selon son humeur pour le prix c’est du vol le seul avantage c’est qu’il est à 15 min à pied
