3 Days 2 Night @ Wanna Riverside Melaka

Guest Service staff was helpful in checking in and arranging the Melaka River Cruise. F&B & Kitchen staff are helpful and friendly. Even though i ordered room service 5 minutes before their closing time, they agreed to cook and send it over to my room without showing sour face. Most of the time spend hanging around Melaka so i cant comment much about the hotel. The rooms are just nice to stay if you are not a fussy type whom just need a room to sleep. The hotel carpets and fitting are seems to be very old. If you were driving, there are ample of covered parking space and its nearby the place of interest. I will suggest you park your car at the hotel and either walk / use the boat to the place of interest to avoid traffic jam. Limited parking at the city area if you were to use your car. Request for a riverside view for a better view of the Melaka.

We got smelly towel and not functioning heater. However we satisfied with the view. Nice view at day and night. The aircond need to service not cold at all............ Please improve your room cleanest. Make sure all the things provided is clean especially the towel. ..... ....

There's crockroach nymph in the room. Basic amenities like toothbrush shower cap out of stock. Room has no floor cloth, no hand towel.

The wonderful of Wana Riverside Hotel, Malacca.

It's the 5 minute walking distance to Kampung Hulu Mosque. And also 10 minute walking distance to" Medan Selera Sungai Melaka" Check in , smoothly. also the check out , easily. Breakfeast , surpurb .

i do not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. no system at all. took a hr to check in and the receptionist just ignored us when we asked questions. the tap water is yellow colour and do not same as they provided the services.

we had difficulties locating the hotel. Phone was transferred a few times before anyone can help us find the hotel.Unable to access their free wifi from room. We had to go down to lobby to get Internet wifi access. We had to let the water run for at least 30mins for a little bit of hot water to come on. Waste of water and hot water was not readily available.We had to bathe in cold water in the morning. The only good point is that it is convenient and close to jonker walk. Otherwise I wouldn't stay in this hotel again

Terrible customer service! Although the lovation is fantastic and rooms are clean, the staff needs to step up their game. Terribly unhelpful and everyone doesn't know what's going on in respects to river cruise (where bookings for the cruise and pickup are made available at the hotel).

Hello guys, I really not suggest this hotel. First, when I checked in, the receptionist too slow. Guest need to que so long time but there are three to four receptionist but still take time. I que around 30 minutes just to take my room key. When I enter my room, for the first impression I feel not bad. Suddenly when I want to shower, the tiles in toilet was broken n break in 4 piece. I feel like omg..how could the tiles can break. Aircond also not working good, carpet also not vacuum clean. Overall, this hotel is not suggested. Bad.

Strategic Location and Nearby with Tourism Places

I've stay for 2 days on 5th Nov 2016. Book for deluxe room but changed executive studio. Room: Executive Studio 1. Aircond ● Can't adjust the temperature ● Air-Cond fan have noise sound 2. Water Heater/Shower ● To get the warm water so hard, if you get it, very difficult to adjust the suitable temperature. Either you shower in hot water or cool water ● Water flow sometimes ok, sometimes slow. Most of time, the water flow very slow. ● The door lock sometimes ok sometimes not 3. Lighting ● The lighting in front of TV quite dazzled and make you uncomfortable. 4. Safety Box ● Can't be used. 5. Breakfast ● During the peak time, the food are quite slow to top up. The cereal dispenser also malfunctioned.

Do not stay !

Terrible room condition especially bed sheet and pillow cover, footprint on it! Request to change but no action taken. Front desk staffs not helpful and act blur. Left the hotel within an hour without staying and pay RM400 for nothing to buy a lesson.
