This unique and completely renovated (end of 2022) fisherman's house from 1948 has everything for a perfect holiday near the beach of Málaga.
Located in a car-free street with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large living room with complete kitchen, two separate workplaces, spacious terrace with lounge sofa, dining area & sun blinds and a second (roof) terrace. This house is also ideal for working remotely from home for a longer period of time. Free fast WiFi throughout the house and air conditioning in every room.
The space
A unique holiday accommodation near the beach of Malaga / El Palo! Wonderfully quiet location in a car-free street and less than a 2-minute walk from the beach (200 meters). The house is fully equipped, such as:

> On the second floor there is a lovely terrace with a lounge sofa, a dining area, adjustable sun blinds and attractive lighting.

> In addition, a roof terrace with a view of the sea and Malaga. Equipped with two sunbeds and a seating area.

> A tastefully decorated living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, smart TV and tables. Everything completely new and very comfortable.

> A large selection of films and series available through Amazon Prime.

> If you have a Netflix account in the Netherlands, you can also log in to Netflix on our television with your own details.

> Cozy round dining table with four chairs.

> Separate workplace, with desk, office chair and sockets.

> Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine (with built-in dryer), oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor fan, large refrigerator with 3 freezer drawers, hand blender, orange juicer, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, frying pans, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, etc. The following is also available in the kitchen: towels and tea towels, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, sugar and coffee and tea for the first days.

> The kitchen has a separate tap with filtered water. The water in Malaga is drinkable, but we don't like the taste. That is why we have had an osmosis device installed that provides our guests with delicious drinking water. No more carrying around water bottles and better for the environment!

> 1 bedroom (ground floor) with 1 king-size bed of 180x200 cm with bedside tables, a large full-length mirror and a wardrobe with hanging space and sufficient hangers. The pocket spring mattress has a thick and very comfortable topper.

> 1 bedroom (2nd floor) with 2 beds of 90x200 cm with bedside tables, a full-length mirror, a wardrobe with hanging and shelf space and sufficient hangers. The pocket spring mattresses have a thick and very comfortable topper.

> 2 fully equipped bathrooms, both with a spacious walk-in shower (downstairs 140 x 70 cm / above 100 x 100 cm) with rain and hand shower, washbasin with two large drawers and towels. There is also a hairdryer as well as cotton swabs, cotton balls, tissues, soap, shower foam and shampoo. The toilet is separate downstairs, upstairs the toilet is in the bathroom.

> 1 office with large table, armchair and sufficient sockets.

> New soundproof windows and doors, all equipped with electric shutters against sun, heat and noise.

> The entire house has air conditioning, and each room can be operated separately. In summer to cool, and in winter to heat.

> There is free super-fast WiFi throughout the house, including on the terrace.

> Washing machine with built-in dryer, separate clothes rack, fixed clothes rack on the roof terrace, clothes pegs, ironing board and iron.

> Safe for your valuables.

> There are two Dutch travel guides about Malaga in the house that you can use during your stay.

> Beach towels are available for you between April and October. You can walk (2 minutes) to the beach (200 meters). There are adjustable beach chairs and a cool box in the house that you can use for a wonderful beach experience.

> Are you coming with two people and would you like to use both bedrooms and bathrooms? This is possible, we charge a small fee of 15 euros per night. If you indicate when booking that you are coming with 3 people, this will be settled immediately. Without this adjustment you can use 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Of course, the house is also completely private in this case, there are no other guests!

> For our smallest guests we have a camping bed with mattress, pillow and duvet, bedding and high chair available. Good to know that the bed can be placed in the bedroom on the ground floor, but that the passage is narrower. The bed can also be placed in the office room (also on the ground floor). Use of the camp bed and high chair costs 20 euros per stay, which must be paid in cash upon arrival.

> From the house it is only 4 minutes by car to the highway from where you can discover much of Andalusia.
Guest access
The house is located on a pedestrian street and has its own entrance door. The entire house is at the guests' disposal, there are no other guests. If booked for two people, there is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom available. Are you coming with two people and would you like to use both bedrooms and bathrooms? This is possible, we charge a small fee of 15 euros per night. If you indicate when booking that you are coming with 3 people, this will be settled immediately. Without this adjustment you can use 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Of course, the house is also completely private in this case, there are no other guests!
Other things to pay attention to
Our neighbors are also your neighbors during your holiday. We have a good relationship with them and we would like to keep it that way. So we please ask you:

> Do not make excessive noise on the street or on the terrace;
> Try to keep it as quiet as possible after 10 p.m.

Furthermore:

> Parties not allowed.

> Smoking not allowed.

> Do not leave waste in the house or on the street, but deposit it in one of the waste containers in the street. Please do this regularly and in any case when checking out.

> Be attentive to energy consumption, turn off the air conditioner and lights when you are not there. Close the doors, windows and shutters when you leave to keep the heat out.

> We are happy to receive couples and families in the apartment. Does your travel group have a different composition? Please contact us in advance.

> Finally: we have put a lot of love and attention into this house to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
