Perfect location and very central for everything. Supermarket close by. Numerous cafes and Restaurants. Spoilt for choice. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here

Casa de la Merced is an amazing place to stay, perfect location for the cultural sites of Malaga as well as for the beach. The hotel is new, clean, nice size flat with small kitchen, amenities, nice bathroom, super clean and maintained. We loved it. The only issue we had was that we didnt get the access details on time as we had a late check in and there is not a 24 hours front desk. The email was sent by a very friendly lady but it didnt arrive, when trying to contact them while boarding the flight we didnt get any response and we were to land at 10pm so it was a bit stressful. Luckily we got a message through Whatsapp as the plane was taxing. She apologised and was super nice to us giving us an extra hour for the check out. Book it without thinking twice, it is a great property, just make sure you have the access details in advance if you are arriving after 2:30pm

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de la Merced Suites. The location was great-walking distance to restaurants and all the major attractions. The room was spacious and very clean! We would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful hotel right in the center of everything. Not very soundproof but thats ok. Matress not comfortable but the room is large and modern. You have to park at the public parking near by, its a 5min walk. The room was clean but the 2nd day i was there they didnt give me toilet paper or made the bed. Otherwise great little place.

Booked this apartment for two nights. A night with Agoda and another with Hotels.com as added an extra night on. Chose the most expensive superior apartment which looked lush. we arrived around 12 noon and was told our room was not ready and it could be 430pm. so off we went to a beach club which was an expensive day but we needed to rest. when we did access our room it was in very poor condition and nothing like the pictures on the marketing. there was damp patches on both ceilings, the skirting was hanging off the toilet door did not shut ur lock! On day two which was of course a whole new booking we were left with dirty towels and zero loo roll. the window was left wide open on arrival so we got bitten to death as a bonus! i immediately emailed the apartment and was told basically it was tough and there had been a flood the day we arrived which I replied I had not paid for a flood damaged room and would be happy with a reduction I was told there would no reduction which I also requested in writing. I was called on day two to say I could move rooms but as we had a 6am flight I saw no point in the inconvenience. As somebody who rents my own properties out I cannot believe I was treated in this manner. I would definitely recommend you book elsewhere!
