This Apartment with parking in the centre of Málaga offers you a privileged location just a few metres from the Guadalmedina River and the emblematic Christ of Mena square, a prominent place during Málaga's Holy Week. Perfect for travellers who wish to explore Málaga without a vehicle, as it is very close to metro stations (Atarazanas), bus stops and taxis, and also features a parking space in the same building (with extra cost), you can enjoy the cultural and gastronomic leisure of the centre, with places such as the Cathedral, Larios Street, Muelle Uno and several museums within your reach.



The apartment, with 50 m², is equipped with centralised air conditioning and exterior windows with mosquito nets, which provide views of the river and the square. Its living-dining room and open-plan kitchen offer a functional space, with a complete kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more) and an osmosis system for filtered water. The comfortable sofa bed in the television area allows accommodation for up to 4 people, ideal for families or small groups. The 650 Mb/s fibre optic internet connection and smart TV guarantee quality entertainment. The bedroom has two adjustable single beds and a wardrobe, and the bathroom includes a shower tray and washing machine.

Perfect location

This apartment is very close to all sites. Three minutes to the Atarazanas market and five minutes to Calle Larios. The space is exactly as depicted in the photos. Fully equipped with everything you need. The shower is great. The bed is very comfortable. Plenty of closet space in the bedroom. The communication with Cubo Holiday Homes was excellent. We stayed in the apartment for 20 days and were very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Heerlijk appartement voor 2 personen (niet aan te bevelen voor 4), nabij historisch centrum. Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Beetje veel verkeer hoorbaar, vanwege drukke weg.

Perfekte Lage um Malage zu erkuden

Christina hat uns vor der Wohnung erwartet und alles erklärt und gezeigt. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, modern und sehr sauber. Das gesamte Haus und die Gegend ist gepflegt. Die Lage, Direkt an der Altstadt ist ideal um Málaga zu erkunden. Wir sind mit dem Auto angreist und haben die Tiefarage genutzt. Als einziges Mango ist eine befahrene Straße direkt vor dem Haus. Das war uns aber bewusst und war für uns nicht besonders störend. Bei geschlossenen Fenster, kein Problem. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
