Our stay in this hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The hotel is really top of the line , clean with beautiful architecture and many instagramable spots throughout. We dined at the Botanical for breakfast and the Chill lounge which is a sushi restaurant for some days of the week. Try the “Pornstar” cocktail while overlooking the beach from The 7th floor terrace. Will definitely will be coming back as it is near the city Centre with just a 10-15 minute walk

Nos enchanta este hotel. Todo el mundo en el hotel fueron muy amables. La gente que trabaja en el bar por la piscina, en la recepción y Alba, la que era la gobernante de nuestras habitaciones, eran muy alegres y nos cuida muy bien. We love this hotel. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. The people working at the poolside bar, at the front desk, and Alba, who was in charge of our rooms, were all very cheerful and took great care of us.

I love this hotel and look forward to my next visit. I came with my husband about 18 months ago and we had such a good time that I decided to return solo for 10 days to attend a Spanish language school, visit a friend, and just to bask in the glory of the hotel. As it turned out, I suffered a bad ankle sprain just before my visit so wasn’t about to tour around the town or region of Málaga. Given my circumstances, I was particularly glad to have chosen The Gran Hotel Miramar which offered lots to do at the hot and within a couple of blocks. I spent lots of time at the pool, ate at the poolside restaurant several times, and spent many evenings at the rooftop bar. The hotel is definitely posh which I am definitely not but I always felt comfortable and received exemplary service from the staff, one and all. As a solo traveler, I was never overlooked which can sometimes happen at other places. The restaurant food was consistently excellent, particularly the daily specials at the poolside restaurant. When I was ready for a change, I visited some local restaurant which offered variety and generally good service. I look forward to returning next year!

It was overpriced for the service, granted. The TV in the room never worked. The soundproofing between floors and rooms was not great. The amazing hotel amenities could be much better.

Beautiful building , exterior and interior. Lobby is decorated with moorish architecture style one will see in Alhambra, Granada. It’s is a beach front hotel with pool perfect for summer hot days! Very clean and comfortable rooms.

One of the most beautiful hotels. From the moment I arrived until check-out, the service was impeccable—attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, blending historic elegance with modern luxury. Every detail, from the architecture to the décor, reflects thoughtful design and refinement. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the staff. Their hospitality and attention to detail made an already stunning place feel even more special. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
