This modern duplex style apartment is located in a upcoming trendy neighbourhood of the historic district. It is on the 2nd floor (top floor) of a very quiet small block of flats with both elevator and stairs.



The first floor of the apartment has a large double bedroom with plenty of closet space. Right off the bedroom is the bathroom with shower. The modern open planned kitchen is fully equipped and leads on to the dining area and living room with windows that look on to a quiet lane.



The upper level of the apartment has a cosy attic-style double bed with plenty of closet and storage space. The large private terrace features both dining and sofa areas to enjoy the outdoors life throughout the day.
