Apartment fine but ....

We spent a week in Malaga in early March and the apartment is in a very convenient location and we were able to walk everywhere in the city and down to the port. Alvaro met us arranged and gave us all the information we needed. The facilities were good but basic. The bed was comfortable, shower good, there were proper facilities for cooking a meal and everywhere was very clean. No wine glasses! We bought some for the apartment so there are some now! However, the problem was the terrible smell in the hallway and stairs. I think it was drains, but it was appalling. Once we were in the apartment it was okay and I bought some air fresheners to be sure. The other downside, was that the apartment overlooks an enclosed area of balconies belonging to other apartments which were obviously not well maintained and some of them were littered with cigarette butts. All in all. the apartment itself was fine as a base in the city but the building left a lot to be desired.

Great place to stay - in the Old Town

Great apartment in the Old Town. Compact but everything you ever need. Very quiet. Comfy bed, great shower and modern. Even a washing machine! Just make note that if you arrive on a Sunday after lunchtime - a lot of the supermarkets will have closed for the day. When we come back to Malaga we will definitely want to stay here again. The host meet us as promised and left clear instructions and contact details if we needed him. Malaga is a great place to visit.

super voyage a malaga

Alvaro super sympa très bon conseil pour visite Malaga et ses environs pour les restos El Pimpi un des meilleurs adresse calle granada appartement bon emplacement pour tout visité a Malaga bus train taxi tout a proximité Alvaro pas compliqué on arrive il est la on repars on claque la porte et voila pas de prise de tête si nous retournons a Malaga nous y retournerons sans soucis

Appartement bien situé et bien aménagé.

Accueil très sympathique de la part d'Alvaro. L'appartement est très bien situé. On est à 2 mn du centre de Malaga. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement. Alvaro met à notre disposition les ingrédients de base pour la cuisine (huile, sel, café ...) ce qui est très agréable.

Idéal pour visiter Malaga

Il n'y a rien à redire à cette location qui correspond en tous points au descriptif et aux photos. Situé dans un quartier calme mais à proximité immédiate de tout (centre, transports, mer, ....), cet appartement est en excellent état, propre et parfaitement équipé. Seul le bâtiment est un peu sonore au sens où il laisse passer les bruits du voisinage (ascenseur, enfants, ....) mais rien de grave puisque c'est en journée. Une mention pour l’accueil d'Alvaro , chaleureux, qui vous communique tous les points importants liés à votre visite (carte, restaurants, lieux à visiter, horaires de transports, .... ). Mieux qu'un "professionnel". Pour moi, c'est un appartement idéal pour un couple avec ou sans enfants. Au final, c'est une adresse que je retiens pour un prochain séjour à Malaga....
