Magnificent 3-bedroom apartment is located in the Soho neighborhood, also called "Barrio de las Artes", formerly called "El Ensanche", it is a cultural and commercial area located within Malaga City Center, modern and in full development, currently the largest number of hotels and holiday apartments in Malaga are located in Soho, since it is located in the city center, very close to the train and bus station, the commercial pedestrian streets and the main commercial centers of the city. The building is modern, and the apartment is like new, spacious and bright, with a modern and cozy decoration. It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the other two with two single beds each and another bathroom to share with the other two rooms, the kitchen is very spacious, bright and well equipped and the living room is also very spacious and exterior.
