There was no room service at all, in time of a need there was no assistance and was shut down when asked. The indoor swimming pool wasn't working - not mentioned on website. Water in the taps, shower and toilets during our stay! General Hygiene in the hotel was poor and customer service poor - wouldn't recommend especially with children.

The property is located near ongoing construction, roads are very narrow, the staff are exes rude and impolite, Basic Amenities for a premium price of one night stay , coffee is not offered , water for a charge of premium price , on the top of that , my fanny pack was stolen and none of the staff including manager was helpful, yet they were very rude. I don’t recommend that place to anyone

The hotel is fantastic, the staff was so friendly, the food spread was delicious and variable. The breakfast was my favourite, fresh guacamole, amongst other things, was the best way to start the day! For those wanting to travel by bus there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. It takes about 40 minutes to get to the city centre. There is also a QR code listed at the stop which tells in how many minutes the bus will arrive at the stop, this is extremely handy for planning the departure time from sitting in your hotel room!

Beautiful property, quiet, safe. Lovely lobby area with nice seating options, good for relaxing and reading when the weathers not so good. Would higly recommend. Bus stop right outaide hotel. Room spacious and great view of the sea.

Whenever we stay at Sol Guadalmar we always get excellant service, from check in to check out. The staff in all depts fall over backwards to help, and there is always that Spanish smile which is worth its weight in gold.
