Apartment “Fiocco” is located in Cassone di Malcesine, only a few steps from the shores of Lake Garda. The 55 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people (4 adults or 2 adults & 2 children). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, satellite television and a highchair (on request). Your private outdoor area boasts a balcony and a private open terrace with seating furniture and deck chairs - both with great views over the lake in front of you. Here you can start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings with tasty dinners from the private barbecue. Neu renoviert und zweckmäßig

Zuerst fanden wir das Appartement recht kühl eingerichtet. Nach und nach gefiel uns aber, das hier nicht einfach irgendwelche Möbel und Dinge herumstanden, die ausgemustert worden sind. Zweckmäßig, praktisch (Vorhänge, die als Raumteiler, oder zum wahren der Privatsphäre, falls man zu viert hier war, eingesetzt werden kann). Das Bad ist nagelneu, ebenso die Küche. Klar ist bei der Lage, dass nicht unerheblich Verkehr über die Hauptstraße läuft. Die Jalousien halten aber viel ab. Die Lage ist einfach großartig und der kleine Ort Cassone ganz reizend. Die schöne Promenade lädt zum Spazieren ein. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter/ Verwalter war ganz komplikationsfrei. Die Schlüsselübergabe (trotz Verspätung unsererseits) zuverlässig.

Dolce Vita am Gardasee

Sehr netter Vermieter, spricht sehr gut deutsch, französisch und englisch und war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Wasserzugang direkt nur 10m vom Objekt entfernt. Alles sehr sauber und gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Malcesine Torbole oder Garda. Ferienwohnung auch sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
