The hotel is located in front of a nice lake. I consider this hotel as a hidden gem. Is very beautiful and comfortable. Staff is customer oriented specially the lady at the frontdesk she is amazing. We arrived late in the night after a long trip from Denmark and she always had the best attitude. The breakfast is very tasty and complete. Super recommended.

We came here for a week in late November, looking forward to a relaxing spa break. They insisted that the whirpool (hot tub) is supposed to be at max 30°c. So it was cold and unusable during our stay here. The pillows are uncomfortable - one of them is lumpy and the other is narrow and hard. Room was okay. Spacious. Beautiful location by the lake. Parking is limited.

A bit mixed. Lovely setting, nice traditional hotel, good pool area, good staff, breakfast great, has some parking, good food in the evening too. However room was a bit dated, dark (not enough lights), noisy people above, creaky bed, shower small. And they seemed under-staffed in the restaurant. They did however provide two very good meals for us

Wir haben dieses Hotel aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen gebucht und wurden leider enttäuscht. Schon vor der Anreise wurde uns telefonisch mitgeteilt, dass das Restaurant am Abend ausgebucht sei. Vor Ort stellten wir jedoch fest, dass es fast leer war. Auf Nachfrage erklärte das Personal, dass das Management angewiesen habe, keine Reservierungen anzunehmen. Das Hotel wirkt auf den ersten Blick charmant, ist jedoch insgesamt stark in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war bei 38 Grad ohne Klimaanlage oder Lüftung kaum bewohnbar. Am Abend hatten viele Gäste ihre Zimmertüren geöffnet, um überhaupt etwas Luft zu bekommen – Privatsphäre gab es dadurch praktisch nicht. Die Ausstattung war für den Preis sehr spartanisch, lediglich die Aussicht auf den See war wirklich schön. Der Wellnessbereich mit Pool, Saunen und Whirlpool ist ordentlich, die Außenanlagen wirken jedoch ungepflegt. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Beim Check-out wurde unsere Kritik an der fehlenden Klimatisierung lediglich mit „Wir müssen auch schwitzen bei der Arbeit hier“ beantwortet. Anschließend wurde uns vorgeworfen, wir hätten über ein Buchungsportal statt direkt beim Hotel gebucht. Tatsächlich war die Buchung über die Hotelwebsite sogar teurer. Statt Verständnis gab es also nur Gegenargumente. Zudem trug kein Mitarbeiter ein Namensschild. Wir kommen nicht wieder

Vi havde et godt ophold på Hotel Dieksee i Malente. Værelset var rent og klar da vi ankom og vi havde en direkte udsigt til søen fra vores terrasse. Personalet var meget hjælpsomt i forbindelse med ankomsten og parkeringen. Morgenmaden var lækker og righoldig og blev indtaget i restauranten med fin udsigt til søen. Når man er gæst i en uge på hotellet får man et særligt kendskab til personalet og alle var venlige og imødekommende. Fam. Duus

Vi bookede et standard rum. Var klart under standard. Tæppet var i et område næsten slidt igennem. Der var 2 sengelamper som eneste belysning. Gamle træsenge med middelmådige madrasser. Men værelset var rent. Morgenmad var ok. Det er første gang jeg oplever et hotel med restaurant, som ikke har kapacitet til at betjene gæsterne. Man går glip af en stor omsætning. Der var heldigvis alternativer ganske tæt på hotellet. Hotellet har en fin terrasse mod søen. Desværre var området trist. En gang oprydning, fejning og aftørring af borde ville gøre underværker. Man orkede heller ikke at lægge hynder i sofaer. Den såkaldte bartender, bad et hold gæster om selv at hente drinkskortet i baren, da han ellers skulle gå 50 skridt!! Meget mærkeligt. Hotellet har en fin cykelkælder, og et rigtig fint pool og sauna område. Alt i alt en underlig oplevelse. En renovering ville gøre hotellet attraktivt grundet beliggenheden.

Vi nød stedet igen.Har været der før. Super flot hotel med meget smuk udsigt og sødt personale.. Meget lækker pool. Lidt irriterende at der står gratis parkering på booking og det så koster( det var dog kun 3 euro om dagen) og irriterende de lukker restauranten pga gruppebesøg. Heldigvis nemt at finde gode restauranter i byen.

Fin sjöutsikt från rummet. Ligger perfekt nära sjön. De har en riktigt bra restaurang som rekommenderas starkt. Personalen mycket bra både i receptionen och restaurangen. Väldigt serviceinriktade. Fina lokaler. Nu till det negativa. Sängarna var alldeles för mjuka och obekväma att sova i. Man sjönk ned i dem. Men det värsta var alla gässen som gick runt i trädgården och på gångarna. Det var massor av dem och följaktligen massor av avföring och fågelspillning. Man fick verkligen kolla var man satte fötterna. Men totalt sett var det ändå en trevlig vistelse här.

Et super hotel med en god beliggenhed og gode faciliteter (indendørs swimming pool og saunaer). Modne og service minded ansatte gav en betjening som får en til at føle sig velkommen. Morgenmaden var god med et fornuftigt udvalg. Jeg rejste alene og havde kun behov for en enkelt overnatning, men vil helt sikkert huske hotellet, når fruen er med på tur næste gang.

Virkelig skøn udsigt ud over søen fra værelset. Fin lille pool, dog lidt koldere end forventet, og mere tiltænkt det voksne publikum. Dejlig morgenmad. Virkelig imødekommende personale i reception og restaurant.
