Spanning three levels and accommodating up to five guests, the villa welcomes you on the ground floor with a luxurious master bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom and an elegant open-plan living and kitchen area. Every corner of the ground floor has been thoughtfully designed to frame the endless horizon and the shimmering sea, creating a seamless blend between the interior spaces and the spectacular coastal landscape. The bedroom is furnished with a natural full latex anatomic mattress and premium bedding to guarantee the utmost comfort and a restful night’s sleep.



The first floor is dedicated to a spacious Jacuzzi hot tub, perfectly positioned to offer mesmerising views while enjoying a soothing air massage. This exclusive feature enhances the feeling of relaxation and luxury, creating a perfect retreat. On the lower ground floor, a second bedroom with its own private bathroom and a sauna awaits, ensuring privacy and offering equally stunning views of the coastline. This bedroom, like the master suite, is furnished and equipped to exceptionally high standards to ensure an experience of unparalleled comfort.



The villa's outdoor areas are equally impressive, featuring a terrace framed by traditional stone walls, an outdoor dining area, and a refreshing outdoor shower. At the heart of the exterior lies the heated infinity private pool, offering spectacular panoramic vistas of the beaches and sea beyond.



Amenities at Villa Aegean Breeze include complimentary wireless internet throughout the property, a music system, satellite televisions, a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue facilities, coffee machine, minibar, individually controlled air conditioning, safe deposit box, and a secure private parking area with a remote-controlled entrance gate. Guests will also find an iron and ironing board, outdoor furniture, bath amenities, a hairdryer, and a flat-screen TV among the many thoughtful touches provided.



There are no live-in staff at Villa Aegean Breeze; however, additional services such as private chefs, housekeeping, or wellness treatments can be arranged on request at an extra cost. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 700 is required upon check-in. This deposit is payable locally and will be fully refunded following a satisfactory inspection at the end of your stay.
