appart hôtel peu mieux faire

Surprise, arrivée à Thalia surbooking,on nous dirige vers un appart hôtel de classe égale pour 3 nuits. Le remplaçant modeste sans clim sauf avec un supplément de 5 €/jour dixit le tenancier Alexandros. Pas très soigné mais trois éléments de confort bien, une bouilloire, un seau pour laver notre linge et éponger la salle d'eau + un sèche linge (le nom de l'hôtel Esperides). Exemple de problème qui met en évidence le manque de professionalisme de nos amis du sud, le rideau de douche est supérieure au bac à douche en taille de ce fait l'eau éclabousse WC pour les utilisateurs à suivre. Je reviens sur Thalia Hôtel (4 nuits/7) notre réservation.Le tenancier nous a promis sa meilleure chambre pour notre retour . Mais il manque donc des éléments de confort et notamment les trois ci-dessus bien pratique pour des routards peu équipés. J'ai été acheté un fil à linge pour les maillots, nos serviettes et notre linge. Bon là le robinet d'eau froide de la baignoire ne fonctionne plus d'une manière conventionnelle,c'est à dire que sa course est très courte et le débit d'eau froide très faible pour mixer avec l'eau chaude. La conception de l'hôtel fait que la descente d'eaux pluviales se déverse sur le seuil de notre appart N°8 vers un siphon bouché mais tout cela on s'en rend compte lors d'un orage et l'appart a été inondé partiellement; ce n'est pas la première fois car le pied du canapé victime de l'inondation est dégradé. Salle d'eau inondée par le siphon aussi.

Lieber einen großen Bogen darum machen

Dieses Hotel ist leider ein Dreckloch. Selten habe ich so schmutzige Zimmer erlebt, überall an den Wänden klebten tote Mücken. Küchenausstattung und Balkon waren offenbar lange nicht mehr geputzt worden. Hinsichtlich der Wartung war das Zimmer ein Graus, die Lampen drohten von der Wand zu fallen, die Duschbrause ließ sich nicht mehr an der Wand befestigen. Der Duschabfluss war verstopft und lief nur sehr langsam ab, was das Duschen weiter erschwerte. Hinzu kommt, dass dieser Ort -vielleicht nur dieses eine Zimmer- eine Mückenbrutstätte ist. Selbst mit geschlossenen und durch Klamotten versiegelten Türen und Fenstern hatten wir jede Nacht mit 30-40 Mücken zu kämfen und es kamen offenbar immer neue nach. Andere Hotels in der Gegend, die wir ausprobiert haben, hatten das Problem nicht. Der Hotelbetreiber war nicht hilfreich und selbst die einfach zu behebenden Mängel (z.B. Duschkopf) wollte er nicht beseitigen. Der Pool ist schön - aber dafür buche ich kein Hotel. Wir haben den Besuch hier dann nach der Hälfte der Zeit beendet und haben uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht.

Hôtel calme. Qui ne peut pas recevoir des groupe de touristes. Mais des familles , des couples , ou des amis ne dépassant pas 4 personnes .

Nous avions pris un appartement avec cuisine et balcon. Les appartements sont globalement bien faits et à 10 minutes de la plage à pied. Il y une piscine sympa et un bar. Par contre nous avons regretté le manque d'équipement minimum de l'appartement. Il n'y avait pas de papier toilette, pas d'éponge, pas de produits vaisselle, seulement deux cuillers pour un appartement de 4. Et rien n'a été fait pour nous aider. J'ajoute que la climatisation est en supplément à la journée et si vous ouvrez la fenêtre pour rafraîchir, vous avez des tonnes de moustiques. Et pour finir, ils mettent de la musique au bar à partir de 8h du matin jusqu'à 23h, même s'il n'y a personne, ce qui finit par être désagréable surtout si on dort à côté. Dommage dans un endroit aussi calme.

Très fonctionnel et proche de la plus jolie plage

Nous sommes parti en couple du 29/06 au 13/07. L'appartement est assez spacieux (35m2 je pense). Le coin cuisine possède un mini four avec plaques qui fonctionne très bien. Il y a de la vaisselle et même une cafetière. La chambre est équipée d'une moustiquaire (très pratique). Un balcon spacieux depuis la pièce principale. La vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle. Le seul point noir: les toilettes. Rien de grave, juste une fuite lorsqu'on tire la chasse. L'eau chaude n'est pas très présente mais c'est largement suffisant vu la chaleur en Crête. Ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles mais c'est super pour se reposer et jouir d'une indépendance en vacances. Il y a un coin BAR qui propose des salades Grecs, des boissons etc. . Le vrai + pour moi: FRESH ORANGE JUICE. Très sucré, pressé devant vous le jus d'oranges est vraiment très très bon et ne coûte que 2€! A ces dates, nous avons pu avoir la piscine quasiment pour nous seuls. L'hôtel est situé à 5min de la plus belle plage d'Agia Pelagia (PSAROMOURA BEACH) . Et à 10min de la plage principal Agia Pelagia Beach. Un super market à 5min avec en journée une française à la caisse très gentille qui pourra vous renseigner. Le personnel de Thalia Apartments est très sympathique. Le ménage est effectué 2 fois par semaine. En bref très bon rapport qualité prix! Bonnes vacances!

Hotel d'étape parfait .

Le personnel est tres sympathique .Le gerant est vraiment tres cordial et pret a rendre service .L'hotel est tres bien tenu et propre.Nous étions en famille 2 adultes et un ado de 16 ans.Hotel parfait pour la découverte de la région d'Heraklion.Les appartements sont suffisamment grands et d'un confort correct (ustensiles de cuisine pour des repas occasionnels), climatisation. Vue imprenable sur la baie d'Agia Pelagia,Piscine de l'hotel agréable ,reveil au bruit des cigales.
