Cozy studio on the ground floor with a pleasant terrace. The detached house is in a quiet location. Equipped with air conditioning, WiFi internet and satellite TV. The washing machine is available in the bathroom. Grill at the house. Parking space directly in front of the house.

The house is located in the popular holiday resort of Nerezine on the island of Lošinj. Lively harbor town with great mountain scenery on the island of Lošinj. The predominantly green island of Losinj, which is rich in bays, owes its subtropical vegetation to many generations of sailors who brought numerous exotic plants home as souvenirs from distant countries and created parks with palm trees, agaves, oleanders and orange trees. The idyllic fishing village of Nerezine is a popular holiday resort for boat owners and nature lovers, who can start from here on exciting tours across the island. The center of the tourist infrastructure is also located along the harbor promenade, which leaves nothing to be desired with a shopping center with a supermarket, restaurants and cafes. If you prefer something quieter and more authentic, you will find a picturesque, typical island flair in the old village center with the main square, reminiscent of an Italian piazza and surrounded by old trees, which the cafés and pleasantly shaded benches add even more charm.
