A heating facility does not exist. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room, 30 sqm, not heatable and with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen as intersecting room, 5 sqm, not heatable and with dishwasher, induction cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom 5 sqm, not heatable and with with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each 15 sqm, not heatable and with 1 double bed and TV. Bathroom 10 sqm, not heatable and with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Malinska. The holiday house is situated on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
