They are furnished with love and radiate comfort in every corner. Each apartment has its own terrace where you can have your morning coffee or just relax with a glass of wine in the evening. There is a shared terrace and if you want to prepare your favorite specialties, you have a shared grill.

CKI406 has 2 covered parking spaces, CKI407 has one covered and one uncovered and CKI408 has one covered free parking space on the property. The common yard is fenced and contains a swimming pool for common use.

The nearby sandy and pebbly beaches as well as the promenade and boardwalk are within easy walking distance. Enjoy delicious Mediterranean specialties and seafood and explore many cultural events and summer festivals. For lovers of active vacations, there are also numerous sports facilities as well as cycling and hiking trails. Each apartment has a separate terrace with garden furniture, so privacy and comfort are guaranteed.
