In our yard is also a 4x6m pool with sundeck, shower in the garden and a barbecue.

House Vantacici

The family Judd gave us a warm welcome. The house is very modern, neat and complete. The bakery and restaurants are very nearby. The harbour and beach is very close to the house. We are used to very large sand beaches in our home town. That is not available and for us one of the few disadvantages of a holiday in Croatia

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir (6 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Nerium. Die Lage ist wirklich ideal, in FußnĂ€he findet man viele einladende Buchten und StrĂ€nde. Auch Restaurants und Bars sind schnell zu Fuß bzw. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus war bei Anreise sehr sauber, die Zimmer modern eingerichtet und die Terrassen/Balkone sowie der Pool sind sehr schön. Das regelmĂ€ssige Wechseln der HandtĂŒcher ist ein guter Service! Uns wurde neben dem in den Bildern dargestellten Kinderbett noch eine Reisebett dazugestellt. Der verfĂŒgbare Kinderwagen war in top Zustand. Absolut empfehlenswertes Haus !!

Schöne Villa in unmittelbarer StrandnĂ€he. Sehr viel Platz in allen RĂ€umen. Außerordentlich freundliche Vermieter/ EigentĂŒmer die sich um alles kĂŒmmern. VerstĂ€ndigung auf deutsch problemlos möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Villa und tolle Vermieter

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Nerium sehr genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man fĂŒr einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber, der Poolbereich schön angelegt und man hat mehrere schöne PlĂ€tzchen zum Sitzen und Erholen. Es gibt Restaurants, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind und nur wenige Fahrminuten weiter rund um den Hafen von Malinska viele Restaurants, CafĂ©s usw. und sogar Abendunterhaltung. Das Highlight sind jedoch die Vermieter, die einfach sehr, sehr nett sind. Sie sind immer zur Stelle, helfen immer und vor allem von Iva kann man viele gute Tips zu Restaurants oder AusflĂŒgen erhalten. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Raramente mi Ăš capitato di trovare un posto cosĂŹ esattamente identico a come lo sognavo... Le foto, la descrizione non riescono a rendere l’idea di questo posto.. La casa non si puĂČ definire meno che meravigliosa!! Tutto Ăš come vorresti fosse! La posizione fantastica! Due passi dal mare e da una serie di posticini sul mare per mangiare. La tranquillitĂ  Ăš assoluta!! I proprietari genitilissimi!! Ci portavano sempre prodotti dei loro campi, olio, Zucchine, Pomodori... e il giorno della partenza 2 bottiglie di Merlot fatto da loro!! Tornare a casa Ăš stato difficile! Iva e Branko grazie di tutto non dimenticheremo questi giorni!
