Beautiful breathtaking three-storey villa is located in Ljutići, a small town near Malinska. It is perfectly equipped for a family vacation, in the outer part of the villa there is a swimming pool, children's pool, gazebo, barbecue, whirlpool, and children's playground, and the whole house is surrounded by lawn. The house consists of a comfortable living room with kitchen and dining area, 3 bedrooms with double beds, one room with two single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, one with bathtub and separate toilet. The basement of this villa is intended for socializing and there is billiards, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and sauna. Guests are provided with a closed parking lot and outdoor space for socializing with barbecue. The house is designed for a luxurious vacation for up to 10 people who will be able to enjoy the various facilities of this house, a combination of relaxation and fun is ideal for a summer vacation, enjoy your stay!
