A very comfortable idyllic old cottage

Lovely property, plenty of room, beds very comfortable, great heated pool in large private garden with lots of outdoor games. Enjoyed table tennis and boules. Enjoyed all of the above despite poor weather. Only minor concern microwave was located too high in the kitchen.

We stayed here for 4 nights with family including 3 young grandchildren. The cottage has lots of character and was very comfortable. We all enjoyed the heated pool - it was a very good size for children to play in.A larger kitchen, with more work surfaces would have helped.The garden is also a good size and not overlooked, but some of the trees are too big and limit the amount of sunlight. I would remove the leylandii before it gets any bigger, and reduce the height and depth of the surrounding hedges.

Environ 10 personnes avec un enfant, tout était extrêmement agréable ! Très belle maison, très propre et communication parfaite. Nous avons loué cette maison au mois de juin 2023 pour un weekend entre amis et nous avons été très bien reçu. La maison est très agréable. Après avoir passer deux nuit dans ce logement, ou on nous vend une piscine « chauffée » eau a 14 degrés. Nous décidons d’augmenter la température pour pouvoir profiter chose que nous aurions pas du faire car au final on nous facture 100€ de frais pour ça… autre malheur a notre arrivée un tour des lieux nous est fait par la personne en charge du logement mais pas d’état des lieux écrit sur papier au final on nous facture 50€ pour une chaise que l’on pas vu du séjours.. bref a éviter si vous ne voulait pas être facturer pour des choses comme celle ci..

Agréable séjour pour un petit groupe

Nous avons généralement passé un bon séjour. L'accueil a été très avenant et la communication avec la personne sur place fluide. L'extérieur de la maison est vraiment super sympathique, des grands arbres magnifiques, des pelouses, tout en vert, la maison elle-même est très jolie. La présence d'un terrain du pétanque, d'une table de ping pong et d'autres jeux est précieuse, on ne s'ennuie pas ! Enfin, la piscine est bien chauffée et malgré la météo assez froide, nous avons pu un peu en profiter quand même. Le défaut de la maison est son intérieur. Même s'il y a suffisamment de chambres (certaines pas super commodes et surtout sans rangements ce qui est complexe si on reste plusieurs jours), les espaces communs sont petits, notamment la cuisine : micro frigo (impossible de mettre même la moitié de ce que nous avons acheté au supermarché), pas de place pour vraiment faire des préparations quand vous cuisinez, ... nous avons dû jouer au Tetris en permanence. Du coup, la maison est parfaitement adaptée pour une famille mais si vous êtes 4+ adultes, cela devient difficile.

Très belle propriété, au calme de la campagne

Pendant 15 jours nous avons savouré le calme de la campagne, loin des routes et du bruit, dans cette belle propriété sans vis-à-vis, mais pas isolée, au bord d’un grand champ de blé. Nous avons apprécié son vaste terrain avec ses très grands et beaux arbres. Nous avons profité de ses nombreuses distractions : la piscine bien sûr, grande, bien chauffée et très bien entretenue durant tout le séjour, le terrain de boules également, ainsi que les jeux de badminton et de ping-pong. La maison au toit de chaume et colombages a tout le charme local. Elle est vaste, très claire, confortable et bien équipée. Sa situation géographique nous a permis de découvrir plusieurs sites intéressants à une distance de moins de 30 km. réunion familiale

Nous avons occupé toutes les chambres pour un long week-end "réunion familiale". Tout le monde a bien apprécié et profité du calme, de la piscine et des nombreuses possibilités d'activités : ping-pong, pétanque, filet (badminton/piscine). Tout est bien pensé et agencé : Ce qui vous manque se trouve probablement juste en face de vous. C'était notre première location pour une réunion de famille, et vu le succès nous allons probablement recommencer ... et pourquoi pas à nouveau dans cette belle chaumière.

totalement inconfortable : location prévue avec deux enfants de 2 et 5 ans : portail qui ne ferme pas, remise au fond du jardin avec produits dangereux et outils qui ne ferme pas, matériaux de construction disséminé dans le jardin, parpaing, tuile -2 portes d'entrée impossibles à fermer de l'intérieur pour une femme et une vraie galère pour un homme, l'une donnant sur le salon, l'autre sur la cuisine... - abat-jour cassé par les précédents locataires jamais remplacé en 3 semaines de location, éclairage désagréable - linge de maison "fourni" : - 1 nappe par table (2 tables) dont une en tissu pour 3 semaines avec deux petits enfants... - pas un seul drap de rechange pour les 4 lits d'adultes - pas plus pour le lit d'enfant et de plus PAS de couette ni housse de couette pour le lit du petit(nous avions prévenu pour le petit de 2 ans ...)et un seul drap housse pour lequel nous avons bataillé afin de l'obtenir... - 2 serviettes de toilettes pour les mains ,une dans chaque salle de bains et basta !!! pour 9 personnes !!! Nous avons réussi à en obtenir 4 - 2 torchons pour 3 semaines, pareil on a réussi à en obtenir plusieurs et 3 serviettes de table -Passons aux RANGEMENTS à l'étage : pour 4 chambres UNE commode branlante à 4 tiroirs dont un cassé pour 8 personnes ...dans le couloir et des portants avec cintres dans les chambres - au rez de chaussée : une petite chambre sans poignée de porte donc impossible de s'isoler car ne ferme que de l'extérieur !!! merci pour le bruit des machines car donne sur la cuisine - minuscule chambre SANS table de nuit, nous avons dû installé des cartons... - une commode à 4 tiroirs pour deux personnes, pas de portants, obligés d'entasser nos vêtements dans des bacs à linge qui prenaient toute la place et on ne pouvait plus circuler... - Imposssible d'ouvrir la machine à laver le linge : BLOQUEE !!! pas de mode d'emploi, obligé de trouver la solution sur les conseils d'un internaute - une ampoule sur deux grillée au bout d'une semaine : PAS d'ampoule de rechange...et impossible d'en trouver une à Brionne ou ailleurs - douchette de la baignoire cassée par les précédents locataires : 15 jours pour la faire réparer... - la PISCINE !!! pour une femme, impossible à découvrir et à couvrir : système archaïque et 3 fermetures, 20 mn pour les enlever ou les remettre NUL - nombre d'assiettes moches insuffisant pour 9 pers - parasol mal ancré dans le sol risque de chute :dangereux - barbecue rouillé pas de tirage -

La piscine chauffée c'est le top !

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre mères et filles. La chaumière est vraiment très belle et agréable à vivre. La literie est très bonne. Et la piscine chauffée : un vrai régal ! On a réellement pu en profiter malgré une météo vraiment peu ensoleillée. Merci à Caroline pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, merci Paul d'être aussi attentionné et arrangeant. La propreté est un peu à améliorer mais c'est vraiment le seul bémol. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain ! Anne
