Nice breakfast. Clean room. But I stayed 2 nights and arrived too late to book room cleaning for the next day. Which you have to book??? Also very little sound proofing. Loud neighbours, banging doors and you can here other people using water.

Staff were all very courteous. Room was comfortable and ideal for our needs - although it was a bit hot (we always wish we could open a window). The shower gel/shampoo dispenser in the shower was just about empty, we had to ask for a replacement (this has happened before when we’ve stayed, perhaps a spare could be left in the room?)

Staff really welcoming. Clean and lots of shelves and hooks to put your stuff out in the bedroom. Bed comfy. Breakfast superb. It’s situated near the centre so it’s easy to walk to everything and it felt safe. Really good hotel wouldn’t hesitate to go back

We were really unhappy with our stay at the hotel- there was no telephones in the bedrooms for contact to the reception. Considering that we were on the 12th floor, it should be expected to at least have a phone. There was also no cupboards to put clothes or any items, no kettle, no fridge for drinks, and also for cleaning the room, you have to tell them the day before, before 10pm. We told them one day, but didn’t tell them the next day so they refused to clean the room, even though they were right outside it doing the other ones in the corridor. When we asked at reception, they said we have to tell them the day before even though we told them in the morning before we went out. We felt that the bed and pillows were extremely itchy and uncomfortable to sleep on, as if there were bed bugs. No cups in the room- no facilities at all, not even a water bottle.
