The heart of the home is the bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, creating an easy space for everyone to come together. Settle into the lounge after a day at the beach, enjoy a family meal around the dining table or prepare dinner in the well-equipped kitchen.
Doors open from the living area to the paved outdoor courtyard, where you can enjoy a morning coffee, an afternoon drink or a relaxed BBQ in the fresh coastal air. The large enclosed yard is an added bonus for families travelling with a well-behaved pet.
For year-round comfort, the main living area has reverse-cycle air conditioning along with an electric log-style heater, while high-speed Wi-Fi makes it easy to stay connected during your stay.

Maloneys Beach is one of the quieter coastal pockets just north of Batemans Bay, surrounded by the natural beauty of Murramarang National Park.
Spend your days swimming, paddling or relaxing along the sheltered shoreline of Maloneys Beach, or lace up your walking shoes and explore sections of the spectacular Murramarang South Coast Walk.
The area is also well known for its local wildlife, and it is common to see kangaroos grazing around the neighbourhood.
When you feel like heading into town, Batemans Bay is an easy drive away for supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, shopping and other South Coast attractions.
It's an ideal location for guests wanting the peaceful feeling of a beachside village while still being within easy reach of town.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended for exploring the wider Batemans Bay and Eurobodalla region.
Once settled in, however, one of the highlights of staying at Maloneys Beach is being able to enjoy the surrounding beach, foreshore and walking tracks close to home.
