Welcome to ‘Kite Point,’ a renowned paradise for kiteboarders and a serene escape for those seeking pure tranquility.
This custom-designed home spans three levels, wrapped in warmth and sophistication. The expansive, open-concept interior is flooded with natural light, highlighting the elegant coastal decor and ensuring the stunning vistas are your constant backdrop. Whether you're gathered in the gourmet kitchen, relaxing in the spacious living area, or watching the sunset from one of multiple decks, every moment is framed by the beauty of the bay.
Osprey’s Landing is designed to comfortably host large families or multiple families with 5 generous bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The main level features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Ascend to the second level to find a luxurious Queen master suite with a private ensuite, plus a second large bedroom with two double beds. The top-level loft, a favorite for kids, offers two twin trundle beds that can comfortably sleep four.
Beyond the breathtaking views, your private escape awaits. Rinse off after a beach day in the outdoor shower, challenge your group to fun and games from the garage (featuring table tennis, foosball, a putting green, darts, and cornhole), explore the calm waters with the provided kayaks, and end each day roasting marshmallows around the fire pit under a blanket of stars.
