Fantastic hotel in town centre at the base of Malvern Hills. We were made very welcome on arrival on checking in and at breakfast. 5 * breakfast before ascending the nearby Malvern Hills. Lovely hotel with delightful staff. Room well equipped with tea coffee milk and biscuits. Unfortunately the lift was out of order but this was not a huge problem. The food served is very nice with a good choice but there also plenty of good restaurants close by.
