The exhaust Fan at the Bath is faulted, been an electrical contractor I noticed its probably like a 20 year old fan , mold is already forming on the ceiling, this issue is not from this year of use. its really inexpensive and seems very unconsidered from the management (or Owner) that its not updated, they really need to put a tank less water heater, Tank water heater runs out of hot water, they extender my check out two hours , I appreciate that, overall it was quite dusty but no complains I imagine they do a deep cleaning from time to time and I was just on the dusty time frame, you can really see the dust flying when you open up the sofa bed and the last thing , for some unknown reason the dinning area has no curtain or blinds????no privacy........I would consider staying here again if they install a new fan and tank less water heater , I know I will be asking prospect rentals to ensure on my next trip to Mammoth.
If its a slumlord issue(I doub it) its a shame , but if the landlord is paying his share and getting screwed its a learning experience for me as an investor, I guess you have to really be more involved and considered with your tenants, at least I am.
